whats the difference between mdi2 and tech2?

Hello,tech 2 is easy to use, but only support for up to 2013 year models,can not support new cars.mdi2 can support cars and pickups up to 2021. Tech 2 software is also included in MDI2.for some old cars you can use tech2 software in mdi2. thanks.
